Between Dry January and New Year’s Resolutions, there’s a bit of a lull in the consumption of beer this time of year... So, as we head into January we decided to bring back an IPA brewed to honor this “favorite” time of year.

Surviving Not Thriving is a NE style IPA. Featuring our special “Low-Temperature Hop Burst” technique, we Double Dry Hopped this one with tons of Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe Cryo, and Cascade. Expect this IPA to be super soft with very little bitterness! Pouring a soft yellow-orange color, we’re finding big citrus notes of fresh orange and grapefruit zest with ripe berries, apricots, and light peach.
