Silk City (2025) Rum Barrel-Aged is an Imperial Stout base aged 6 months in hand-selected, freshly emptied, Rum Barrels.

The liquid is a deep, dark, brown color and is topped by a fluffy tan head that quickly dissipates after being poured into a glass. This beer is extremely rich and luscious. Upon tasting the 2025 vintage, aromas reminiscent of mixed milk and dark chocolates with hints of assorted dark fruits leap from the glass and gives way to flavors reminiscent of vanilla, molasses, raisins, and more dark chocolate.
