Silk City (2025) BBA Vanilla is an Imperial Stout base aged 6 months in hand-selected, freshly emptied, Bourbon Barrels from A. Smith Bowman Distillery before being conditioned on a selection of premium Vanilla Beans.

The liquid is a deep, dark, brown color and is topped by a fluffy tan head that quickly dissipates after being poured into a glass. This beer is extremely rich and luscious. Upon tasting the 2025 vintage, aromas reminiscent of milk chocolate and vanilla frosting with lightly burnt marshmallows leap from the glass and gives way to flavors reminiscent of toffee, caramel, charred oak, dark chocolate, and more vanilla.
