Jaromir Lager: 10th Anniversary Edition is a Bohemian style Pilsner named in honor of a hockey great. Brewed only once in 2015 during our first year of business—back with a slightly updated recipe and improved brewing methods for our 10th Anniversary!

Brewed true to tradition, this Lager showcases our meticulous approach to craftsmanship. We utilized a complex mashing program with multiple temperature steps and a single decoction to enhance depth and character. Featuring a carefully selected blend of Czech malts and Czech-grown Saaz hops, it was fermented low and slow and spunded during fermentation for natural carbonation before undergoing an extended lagering process. The result? One of our finest Lager batches to date—crisp, balanced, and full of classic Lager flavor: light bready-rich malt with a rounded, hoppy finish.
