Originally brewed for our 6th Anniversary, Fluff Your Head is an 8% NE style DIPA inspired by our love for the music of Phish. This beer lays down a super soft, fluffy, body with heavy amounts of wheat and is brewed with Citra Incognito in the whirlpool for enhanced juiciness and lower bitterness. Double Dry Hopped with an irresponsible amount of three of our all-time favorite hops: Citra, Strata, and Galaxy for explosive flavor. Pouring an opaque yellow, we’re getting notes of sweet tangy OJ, fresh passion fruit, bright berry medley, melon, rainbow sherbet, and pink Starbursts.
