Product Details

Our Cuvee series is an ongoing project in which we select unique oak barrels from our cellar, each containing Ales that have been aged for a minimum of 1 year. The resulting creation is a blend of these Ales that have been aged with various “Wild Yeasts” as well as several strains of Bacteria, which have imparted distinctly complex flavors and aromas. This beer was bottle-conditioned and has continued to develop funk-forward flavors during its time in the bottle.

We no longer charge delivery fees but there is a $50 minimum for ALL home delivery orders.
 
We do not accommodate same-day delivery or pick-up. Your order must be placed by 2PM the day before your designated delivery day or the day you would like to pick-up for guaranteed availability.
